The Center for Urban School Improvement is committed to creating an existence proof that Chicago's children, regardless of race or socioeconomic background, can achieve at high levels, at a scale that is persuasive, and to informing urban education across the nation.
Our unique portfolio consists of designing and supporting a network of 20 schools that prepare children for success in college, developing human capital for urban schools, and engaging in research and development to contribute new ideas and tools to public education.
